I am Tilly, founder of Sandwood, adventure seeker, planning enthusiast, sister of two brothers, sea swimmer, wine connoisseur and lover of styling and design. Both my parents are hugely influential in my desire to become entrepreneurial: they taught me the importance of hard work, being kind and respectful.
I spent the first 8 years of my career based in London, working for a creative agency where it really became clear that events and experiences was something I loved. I saw something I could build from scratch; something I could be passionate about and be proud of.
Following years of work with some of the world's leading brands, organising large and boutique events, I decided it was time to put my own stamp on the events industry and in 2019 Sandwood was born.

Jemima joins the team in 2022 with a wealth of experience in high end organisation and professionalism. Matching all of Sandwood’s values, Jemima has already delivered some great events with Sandwood this year to include our largest company retreat to date!
Jemima’s attention to detail, enthusiasm and eagerness to take on everything new the events world has to offer is second to none.
Jemima’s love of exploring new places with family & friends, as well as trying all that London’s many and varied venues have to offer is influential in her interest to provide memorable experiences for others.
