HOW DO I SECURE MY EVENT DATE WITH YOU?
To secure your event or trip with Sandwood a deposit is required, along with a signed contract and the remaining payments are spread out based on booking date and event date.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE BOOKED WITH SANDWOOD EVENTS?
Once you have secured your date with Sandwood we will organise a face to face meeting and a venue visit (where required). When planning an event with us we will put together a bespoke mood board, running schedule and event timeline.
CAN YOU ORGANISE MY EVENT IF I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED A VENUE?
Absolutely! If you have booked the venue already we can come on board to support with the planing, details and organisation of all suppliers.
WHEN DO YOU SET UP THE VENUE?
If we are styling your event, we usually set up the day before and do the finishing touches the day of the wedding / event. However we are super flexible and if we can only access the venue on the day we will do the full set up in the morning. Collection is the following day.
WILL YOU BE THERE ON THE DAY OF OUR EVENT?
If you are in need of a event planner to coordinate your day we offer on the day coordination services.
CAN YOU HELP US SOURCE OUR SUPPLIERS?
Of course! If you have booked a full planning, partial planning or styling service we will recommend and contact the best suppliers to fit your brief and design plans.
DO YOU CLEAR THE EVENT DOWN?
If you have booked the full styling service we will clear down and pack away the venue for you. If you have only booked a planning or hire service and need help clearing your venue down we offer an hourly pack up fee from £50 per hour.
DO YOU DO WEDDINGS?
Yes, we love corporate events and have done many over the years. Our most recent corporate job was an event in London for Ballantins Whiskey.
